I am Edmonton born and raised, with Chilean and French-Canadian background. I was raised by my mother, who has been working for over 25 years in the field of Human Rights, and my father, in Spanish radio & sports television. I grew up in an amazing blended family with 6 siblings, all of which I am very close to and proud of.

I grew up in South East Edmonton, attended Austin O Brien High school then the University of Alberta. In my teen years, I participated in Flamenco & hip hop dance, high school musicals and continued my love of singing, as now I write and record my own music.

With my degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the U of A, I was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. I am now an active member of the alum club and I am very involved with the philanthropies we support, associated with literacy.

Travel is a great love of mine; I have parasailed in Bali, ate sushi in Tokyo, scuba-dived at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and wandered the beaches of Chile. I believe I can connect with clients over many things, and I am always open to learning more and more about them and their experiences.

My real estate experience is in Edmonton & surrounding areas, in homes and investment properties. My passion is to serve my clients with my knowledge and experience, and make the transaction as pleasant & stress-free as can be. Let me be YOUR realtor, and know I am working hard for YOU!

The purchase a home is one of the most important decisions that people can invest in. Whether the homes intent is to provide the healthy environment for a growing family or to present to investors the goal of a financial gain tomorrow, Yvonne understands these plans and her successful track record with satisfied Buyer’s proves this.

  • When we find the home you want, you will be guided and advised step by step on how to proceed with an offer composed with a content that protects your interest as a Buyer. We negotiate with your best interest in mind and do so when you instruct.
  • We are with you every step of the way. Once your offer is accepted, we set out to go beyond our due diligence to help satisfy your conditions as the Buyer. If they are not, you are protected by the contracts content and do not have to buy the home.
  • We will do a walk through with you when you move in to make sure that the home is in the agreed condition as stated in the Contract of Purchase and Sale.
  • We just do. Once you’re in, we check up on you to make sure you’re happy and to see if there is anything we can do for you.
